Shipping Policy

We endeavour to post your order within 2 working days. All products will be shipped by tracked postage using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service.

Return Policy

We are hopeful that you will enjoy your woollen products for many years to come. However, should you need to return your product, please make contact within 14 days of purchase and we will will provide return details. The product should be intact, and unused. Please note the buyer is responsible for covering return postage costs, and we encourage you to use a tracked service. Once the returned items arrive back with us we will arrange a refund which is usually paid back within 14 days.
